Therefore, the daily maintenance of adsorption dryers is the basic measure to provide continuous and stable compressed air, which directly affects the quality and safe production of compressed air.




1. The adsorption dryer accessories manufacturer believes that the adsorption dryer is a mechanical equipment with a pneumatic actuator, and there is mechanical wear. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace the vulnerable consumables of the adsorption dryer to ensure its safe and stable operation.

(1) The saturated water content of compressed air is inversely proportional to the pressure, that is, the lower the working pressure, the greater the humidity load of the suction dryer, so the demand for re-gas also increases;


(2) The adsorption dryer accessories manufacturer believes that from the structure of the dryer, the recycled air is determined by the opening of the hole plate or ball valve and the pressure difference on both sides. In the case of a certain flow area, the amount of regas flowing through the orifice plate or ball valve is proportional to the pressure, and the reduction of the working pressure will lead to the reduction of regas, thereby reducing the regeneration efficiency of the suction dryer and affecting the adsorption efficiency.


(3) The volume of compressed air is inversely proportional to the pressure. The lower working pressure increases the flow rate of compressed air in the air tower, shortens the contact time between the adsorbent and compressed air, and leads to the decrease of dynamic adsorption capacity.


(4) The pressure loss of the adsorption bed increases due to the increase in the pressure drop and flow rate of the empty tower.


Adsorption dryer accessories manufacturers believe that the compressed air entering the dryer is saturated air with a certain temperature. Under the same pressure conditions, every time the temperature rises by 5, the saturated water content increases by about 30%, that is, the humidity entering the adsorption dryer increases by about 30%. In addition, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent decreases with the increase of temperature, so the drying efficiency of the adsorption dryer decreases with the increase of the compressed air inlet temperature. For every increase in inlet temperature of 5, the dewpoint of finished gas outlet will increase by 8 ~ 10. Therefore, it is advantageous to reduce the inlet temperature as much as possible for the adsorption dryer.
